Feb. 25 is the anniversary of the EDSA People Power Revolution.
Gullas thanked those who prayed for his recovery and Talisay City Vice Mayor Alan Bucao for his dedication at work as acting mayor while he was isolated.
He said he is still concerned about possibly infecting his family when he returns home even though he has already recovered from the disease.

News will be back in Australians Facebook feeds from Friday, Australia Treasurer Josh Frydenberg has said.
Speaking to 2GB radio station after the Federal Government s contentious media bargaining code passed into law, Frydenberg said the social media giant told him it would reinstate news content on the platform.
Asked when news will be back on the site, he replied: I understand you ll see some changes from tomorrow, that s what Facebook has told us.

LONDON: The family of Captain Sir Tom Moore, the late World War Two veteran who raised millions of pounds for Britain s health service during the COVID-19 pandemic, has urged well-wishers to back tree-planting projects to help tackle climate change.
Supporting programmes to restore forests in Britain and around the world by charities the Woodland Trust and TreeSisters would provide a fitting way to honour Moore s message of hope, relatives said before his funeral on Saturday.

Kiwi rugby stars have spoken about what rugby means to them in an emotional Super Rugby Aotearoa promo ahead of the new season.
The Super Rugby Aotearoa video, reportedly titled What It Means , features players from all five franchises speaking honestly about what the sport means to them.
The two-minute advertisement screened on Sky Sport ahead of the start of the 2021 season of Friday.
